Process Principle

1. Processing Process: Kitchen waste is crushed and put into the fermentation bin where it's quickly decomposed by high-temperature composite bacteria (65°C-75°C) through intermittent stirring. The organic matter converts into harmless substances like CO₂ and H₂O. Waste gas is purified by the deodorization system with no secondary pollution. Achieves 85%-90% reduction rate within 24 hours, producing about 10% organic fertilizer substrate.

2. Product Value: The organic fertilizer contains beneficial bacteria (Bacillus) and organic matter, ideal for soil improvement and enhanced fertilizer efficiency. Provides dual benefits of increased production and reduced agricultural emissions, enabling complete waste resource utilization.
