Processing Process
Kitchen waste is crushed and put into the fermentation bin where it's quickly decomposed (65℃-75℃) through high-temperature composite bacteria and intermittent stirring. The organic matter converts into harmless substances like CO₂ and H₂O, with purified waste gas discharged through the deodorization system. The entire process produces no secondary pollution, achieving an 85%-90% reduction rate within 24 hours, yielding about 10% organic fertilizer substrate.
